Shipping & Returns
We are striving for an easy and mutually beneficial process here. You want a great pair of sunglasses, and we want to provide them for you!
All domestic orders come with free shipping via USPS First-Class Mail. USPS Priority Mail Express is an available option for you to choose during checkout, however you will be charged a premium for expedited shipping. All international shipments are sent via USPS First-Class International. Please note that we are not responsible for any taxes or customs fees your country may charge on an international shipment. We are a boutique brand, so while we strive to get all orders shipped within 1-3 days of your order, extenuating circumstances may arise where your shipment takes a little longer than normal. In those instances, we will email you directly explaining the situation.
In addition to an email confirmation/receipt of your order, you will receive another email containing your tracking information once your package is shipped.
We are extremely confident that you will love your pair of Brightsides, but if for any reason you don't, feel free to send them back, along with the complimentary accessories, any time within 30 days of the date of purchase.
We will issue a full refund or replacement of goods in all instances where:
- There is a manufacturer's defect or an inherent flaw with the products.
- The products are damaged upon delivery to you.
- The products you ordered are returned to us as undeliverable by USPS.
- The products are returned to us still in new condition within 30 days of purchase.
If you would like to make a return or exchange, simply email support@brightsideeyewear.com explaining the reason for your return and include a copy of your original order along with the order number. We will then send you a prepaid domestic return shipping label for you to use on your return. Returns must include all original materials and packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received them. Please make sure to repackage the items in a manner to protect them from damage, as Brightside Eyewear is not responsible for items damaged in return shipping. A refund or replacement will be issued within 30 days following the receipt of the returned goods.
If goods are returned as undeliverable, you will be contacted by email for confirmation of the delivery address. If no reply is received within a reasonable period and in any event within 30 days of the return of the goods, then a refund will be made within 30 days of that date.
We may refuse to accept future orders from those who have made previous unsubstantiated claims for non-delivery of goods. Refunds will be limited to the maximum value of the original order, including any delivery charges, and will only be issued against the same credit or debit card account as supplied during the order. We reserve the right to proportionately reduce the level of the refund if only some of the original products are returned or if some of the products are not returned in new condition.
