It's here; the music festival season is officially upon us! Coachella, SXSW, Bottlerock, Lollapalooza, Bonnaroo, Governors Ball, Outside Lands... the list goes on and on. It goes without saying that your sunglasses will be your most important accessory at all these outdoor events, and while pretty much everyone around you will be wearing overpriced designer brands (like these overused frames), we're here to remind you that you can still top off that clutch festival style you're looking for without breaking the bank. Because really, what's the point of spending all that time putting together your whole trendy bohemian outfit if you screw...

We always love to look for new ways to collaborate with creative people. That's why we are excited to introduce our Pioneer Project, which we think will be a really fun and rewarding experience. We are looking to team up with some photographers/videographers who share a similar vibe as we do here at Brightside to capture some of our frames in creative ways. As a participant, you will get to choose 2 pairs of sunglasses to use in your mini-shoot, which (here's the best part) you can keep for yourself afterwards! Once you send us the finished shots, we will then publish and promote some of your awesome...

Well we're closing in on 3 months post-launch, and I figured I would make our first blog post to share a little summary of the driving forces behind why I started Brightside. These core values were founded on what I thought should simply be the standard for any brand that sets out to make luxury sunglasses, and really just perhaps the standard for all brands... 1.
